Being vegan and low-FODMAP is hard. Being vegan, low-FODMAP and on the OMS diet is even harder, but of course not impossible.

One of the concerns with being vegan and low-FODMAP is protein sources. Make sure you are getting everything you need. We'll have more information coming soon regarding saturated fat content of our recipes, but until then, you'll need to be the boss of that.
