Time to prepare and cook: 45 minutes
Makes: 2 cups
- 1 cup spring onions, green part only
- Half a cup carrots, chopped
- Half a cup celery, chopped
- Quarter cup fresh unpeeled ginger, chopped
- 1 Tbsp garlic-infused olive oil
- Chop the vegetables evenly-sized.
- Heat the oil over medium high heat.
- Sauté the vegetables until tender.
- Do what you will with them – great for base you would use onions and garlic for normally, but with the added touch of ginger – great for Asian-style dishes.
