- 1 cup of 1cm cubed tempeh
- 2 Tbsp garlic-infused olive oil
- Add the olive oil over a moderate heat in a frying pan.
- Once hot, add the tempeh cubes. Fry until golden brown. To preserve the integrity of the oil, keep the temperature stable, and cook for longer, rather than a quick fry.
- Sprinkle with a pinch of salt, and serve.
